From Sunrise to Afternoon, The Way We Have Always Made It
Since 1933, our family has been cooking the dishes we know best. These are the ones we grew up on and the ones that bring neighbors back week after week. Everything we serve is made fresh in our Wailuku kitchen, from our noodles to our manju, using the same recipes passed down for generations.
Our day starts early with breakfast plates hot off the griddle and coffee poured for regulars before the sun is up. By mid-morning, you will find bowls of our famous dry mein and saimin sliding across the counter along with plate lunches and chow fun. These are the comfort foods Maui knows us for.
