From Sunrise to Afternoon, The Way We Have Always Made It

Since 1933, our family has been making the dishes we know best. These are the recipes we grew up with and the ones that keep neighbors coming back regularly. Everything we serve is prepared fresh in our Wailuku kitchen, from our noodles to our manju, using recipes passed down through generations.

Our day begins early, with fresh breakfast plates and coffee ready for both regulars and first-timers alike. By mid-morning, you’ll see bowls of our popular dry mein and saimin being served alongside plate lunches and chow fun. These are the comfort foods for which Maui is known.
